“Care Equity Corporate Network” Launches Under the Leadership of Özyeğin University

Özyeğin University launches the Care Equality Corporate Network in collaboration with TÜSİAD and with the main support of Fiba Group. The initiative aims to bring greater visibility to the impact of care work and the mental load on the workplace, while developing concrete, actionable solutions in this area.

The unequal distribution of caregiving responsibilities within households continues to affect labor force participation and career trajectories, particularly for women. In response, the Network provides a structured platform through which companies can more closely assess their internal practices and develop policies and strategies tailored to their specific needs.

Through the analytical tools and datasets offered within the Network, member organizations will be able to assess their current position and, based on these insights, design their own roadmaps for the future. At the same time, by bringing together companies from diverse sectors, the Network fosters an ecosystem that promotes knowledge exchange, shared learning, and collective advancement.

With this comprehensive initiative that integrates research, education and awareness-raising, we aim to bring greater attention to care responsibilities and the mental load in the workplace. By supporting the broader adoption of effective organizational practices in this domain, we aim to contribute to more a balanced, inclusive, and sustainable work life.
